Bookings

Enquiries can be made via the website or by e-mailing enqueries@acornpartyhire.com. Upon receipt of your enquiry, acornpartyhire will confirm availability for your requested date. The date will be provisionally held for 5 days and confirmed once we have received your non-refundable deposit of €50 for the booking and a receipt emailed.

Payment

The non-refundable deposit is payable upon booking to secure and hold your date. The outstanding balance can be paid in full at the venue prior to starting or by bank transfer up to 10 days before event date.

Cancellation

We understand that occasionally circumstances do change you can cancel your order any time up to eight weeks before your event with no further financial penalty except the non-refundable deposit. Any events cancelled after the twelve week deadline will be charged 50% minus the non-refundable deposit.

Please note that the booking deposits are non-refundable due to to personalized photo templates and video graphics that are produced for your event up to 2 weeks after we confirm your booking.

If you need to move your event to a new date we will be happy to move your deposit also so no extra charge will be payable, any new date requests will be subject to availability.

lf for any unforeseen reason Acornpartyhire are forced to cancel then you will be notified by email and all deposits and payments made will be refunded in full.

Booking Changes

We appreciate that you may need to change your booking/order due to a number of reasons, should this happen we require you to notify us within a reasonable time period, all alterations will be subject to availability.

Set up

It is the client’s responsibility to seek permission from the venue and to ensure there is sufficient Space at the venue and near a power point.

All set up/collection costs are included in the packages (please check each package to see what is included). Once the equipment is set up it can only be moved by a representative of Acornpartyhire

Safety Information

Please be advised that some sweets may contain or have traces of nuts or nut oils, they may also have been in contact with products and sweets containing nuts. Acornpartyhire cannot be held responsible for any issues resulting from any food allergies. Clients should ensure that young children are supervised at all times to avoid the risk of suffocation or choking from plastic sweet wrappers or plastic bags. Acornpartyhire cannot be held responsible for safety issues which occur from the use of our equipment or consumption of our confectionary at your event.
